What is Cousy?

   In this pandemic, there are so many people and maybe someone you know experiencing dietary changes because there is a sense of fear or even anxiety. And it's not good for our health, especially during this hard time. We have to take care of our health (mentally and physically) and immunity as best as possible so that we aren't susceptible to disease. There are so many ways to take care of these dietary changes problem, one of them is to maintain a healthy diet. So from this situation, we decided to make our products and a commercial. 

  Our products were made for people who experiencing dietary changes and also for people who want to maintain their healthy diet. Because it provides a healthy snack, herbal drink, and also vitamin. And we think it could be really helpful for them.  And also we made a commercial for it to provide more detailed information about the advantages for our products.   

  We named our products Cousy, It stands for deliCiOUS and Yummy. As already explained, Cousy provides some healthy products such as oat snacks, herbal drinks, and vitamins. Which certainly has high quality and affordable price. And there are some benefits from each product. Oatmeal snack, it can help our digestive process because it contains fiber. Herbal drink, it can help relieve stress and calm our mood. And vitamin can increase our appetite.  And of course, there are some advantages and disadvantages to our product. Especially with the packaging, because we use plastic for it. 

   The advantages are, first, it's not easily get broken. Second, it's more flexible and easy to store. Third, it has longer endurance and more resistant to hot and cold weather. And the disadvantages are, first, it's bad for the environment because plastic is difficult to recycle. Second, there are some plastics that contain dangerous chemicals. Because it's made synthetically, so only a few grades can be used as food packaging (food grades).

  In conclusion, during this pandemic, there are so many people experiencing dietary changes because there is a sense of fear or even anxiety. And we have to take care of our health by consuming healthy food and maintain a healthy diet. So that we have strong immunity and aren't susceptible to disease, and Cousy was made to help people solve their dietary changes by providing some healthy products.
